Solidarity, Health & Inclusion
Telespazio France is actively engaged in the fight against cancer and chronic illnesses. In the last quarter of the year, 300 employees took part in initiatives such as the Course des Lumières, Pink October, and Movember.
This commitment is now embedded in our long-term strategy, as evidenced by the Cancer@Work label, which recognizes companies fostering a responsible approach to managing illness in the workplace.
Because sport supports both health and well-being, CSR ambassadors regularly encourage colleagues to take part in walking or running sessions around the workplace. In Paris, for example, the activity turned into a riddle hunt through the Montparnasse Cemetery!

Generosity & Support for Vulnerable Communities
To provide comfort to those most in need, two solidarity actions were launched at our Toulouse and Paris sites: a second-hand toy collection and the creation of gift boxes for donation.
A total of 20 beautifully decorated boxes were handed over to Secours Populaire in Toulouse and the Paris City Hall for distribution to individuals facing hardship.
Seven boxes of toys were also donated to the Grande Collecte nationale and will be cleaned, repaired, and either given to charities or sold through solidarity networks.

Waste Management & Environmental Citizenship
CleanUp Day has now become a key fixture in our CSR calendar. For the third year running, our teams took part in this initiative dedicated to protecting the environment. Armed with bags, gloves, and good spirits, motivated employees collected litter from streets, parks, and public spaces.
In Kourou, Paris, and Toulouse, a total of 157 kg of waste was collected in less than two hours!
In Paris and Toulouse, employees continue to carefully feed Hector, our organic waste collector. Since the beginning of the year, more than 1,000 kg of food waste has been collected equivalent to 700 kWh of energy or 700 washing machine cycles.
As part of European Waste Reduction Week, a visit was organized to the Cler Verts methanation plant to learn how our bio-waste is transformed into energy.

Climate Engagement
Throughout 2025, climate was a common thread across several initiatives: the Climate Fresk, awareness-raising webinars, and the Grand Challenge on our internal platform #Terrians.
The aim: to continuously educate and motivate action. These activities engaged 140 employees and helped prepare the company to assess climate-related risks and develop an effective adaptation plan.
