In line with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) established by the UN (United Nations), we have focused our CSR policy on two main areas for 2023:

Well-being and health in the workplace
We firmly believe that investing in the well-being and development of our employees improves our competitiveness on global markets and offers our company the opportunity to pursue sustainable growth.
Quality of life and working conditions underpin everything we do as a company, and we incorporate them into all our daily activities, for example by offering the option of working from home, free access to a meditation website, regular group discussions and a host of other initiatives.
For several years now, Telespazio has also been committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.
Thanks to our agreement on gender equality in the workplace, and the related actions, we were proud to obtain a gender equality index score of 84/100 in 2022.In addition, we are rolling out a proactive policy to promote the recruitment of people with a disability, for example through regular communication campaigns and the creation of disability correspondents within our facilities.
Each project provides us with fresh experience which, combined with a dynamic training policy, allows our employees to develop their own skills. We place strong emphasis on the upskilling of our employees, through our skills development plan, which includes unlimited access to a Coursera premium online training platform, as well as personal in-house coaching.
We support the career development of every talent, because we are well aware that the personal growth of individuals boosts our collective expertise.
In this respect, internal mobility plays an important role in the career development of our employees. In 2022, ¼ of vacant positions were filled through internal mobility, which is a key factor for reinforcing employee engagement.

The environment
Here at Telespazio, we develop services that are strongly tied to several sustainable development goals (sustainable agriculture, climate action, life on land, industry, innovation & infrastructure, etc.) and our ambition is to be as virtuous as we can in the way we carry out our activities.
That's why we devised an environmental policy focusing on three areas:
• Strive to achieve environmentally friendly growth and protect our ecosystem, without deviating from our economic projections.
• Promote the environment at all levels of the company:
- Limit our environmental footprint / prevent pollution;
- Select partners with a sound environmental policy whenever possible;
- Set up internal and external environmental actions;
- Continuously improve our environmental performance;
• Work to guarantee compliance with the applicable environmental requirements.In order to adopt a structured approach to environmental challenges, and improve our environmental performance, since 2021 we have been working towards obtaining ISO 14001 certification.
And we have already taken several measures to limit our environmental footprint, such as bringing teams together to disscuss climate-related challenges, reinforcing our travel policy and focusing on green mobility, defending a responsible purchasing policy and, more recently, committing to the low-carbon transition.
