At Telespazio France, our HR strategy is driven by a strong commitment to enhancing the employee experience. Supporting both professional and personal development while fostering an agile, stimulating, and inclusive environment has guided our actions throughout 2025.
Over the course of the year, this approach translated into concrete initiatives: onboarding programs, continuous training, quality-of-work-life actions, societal engagement, and the evolution of our HR tools.

Recruitment: A Year of Growth

In 2025, the company continued its growth trajectory with more than one hundred hires, representing a 25% increase compared with 2024.
At the same time, internal mobility accounted for 20% of employee movements, highlighting the career development opportunities available to our teams, both technically and geographically, across our sites in mainland France and in Kourou.

Our teams also participated in numerous recruitment events:

  • Primus job dating event

  • ENAC student career fair

  • Paris Air Show (Salon du Bourget) job dating event

  • IPSA career forum

  • “Space Careers 2025” forum at Lycée Pierre-Paul Riquet

These events provided valuable opportunities to showcase the wide range of activities carried out by Telespazio France and to highlight our professions, projects, and commitments to a diverse pool of candidates.

 

Innovation Serving the Candidate Experience

The year 2025 marked a significant milestone for the HR function with the deployment of a new recruitment platform, Teamtailor, along with a dedicated Telespazio France careers website.

This more streamlined and intuitive tool has modernized our recruitment processes, strengthened our employer brand visibility, and improved the overall candidate experience.

Skills Development

Skills development remains a central pillar of our HR policy.

In 2025, more than 600 training initiatives were delivered, ranging from cutting-edge technical training to personal development programs.

Employees also have access to the Coursera online learning platform, which offers a wide selection of courses provided by leading universities and institutions, enabling everyone to build their professional future in a demanding technological environment.

Quality of Life and Team Cohesion: Building an Engaged and Supportive Workforce

Our commitment goes beyond skills development: it also involves supporting employees throughout their life journeys.

When faced with illness or caregiving situations, we share a collective responsibility to break down taboos, foster inclusion, and build sustainable career paths.
In this spirit, and in line with our CSR roadmap, we joined the Cancer@Work initiative in 2024 in order to better support employees concerned and to demystify these realities within the workplace.

Throughout the year, numerous initiatives also promoted well-being, conviviality, and engagement:

  • Breakfast gatherings, afterworks, and lunches organized at client sites

  • Clean Up Day: 33 participants, 157 kg of waste collected (mainland France and French Guiana)

 

 

 

  • Course des Lumières charity run: nearly 100 employees mobilized in Paris and Toulouse

  • Connected sports challenge: 68 participants. In 2026, this will help support 110 people in returning to employment through Cancer@Work

 

 

 

  • Pink October & Movember:

    • 126 employees involved, €1,260 donated to the French Cancer League

    • 80 employees involved in Movember, €800 donated to the Movember Foundation

  • Regular sport and health initiatives across all our sites

 

These moments strengthen the social bond, solidarity, and team spirit that define our organization.

We are also proud to report a professional gender equality index score of 93/100, reflecting our commitment to fairness and diversity. This commitment will be further reinforced by the negotiation of a company-wide diversity agreement at Telespazio France, which will come into effect in 2026.

Looking Ahead to 2026

This 2025 review reflects a clear ambition: to attract, retain, and develop our talent.

People remain our driving force, and we will continue our commitment in 2026 with the same energy, high standards, and passion.

In an increasingly demanding agricultural context, the risks associated with toxic or allergenic weeds such as jimsonweed, black nightshade, or ragweed continue to grow. These invasive plants can contaminate crops, lead to product recalls, and have long‑lasting impacts on production quality.

Before we begin: if Santa Claus admits he’s only effective thanks to his elves, Telespazio can say the same. Without its network of highly committed employees, our CSR ambassadors the 2025 outcomes wouldn’t be as rich. Across all Telespazio France sites, our ambassadors support both the local teams and the company’s broader strategy. As active promoters and facilitators, they help spread best practices throughout the organization.
