Christèle started her career at Airbus Defence & Space in the navigation department, before spending three years in the UK, where she joined the technical department, as innovation manager. During her time there, she developed new services combining satellite positioning, communication and imagery, and in parallel set up several processes aimed at stimulating, promoting and managing innovation within the company. In 2014, she joined the GIFAS, where she made a significant contribution to the activities of the government-industry space consultation committee (COSPACE), that focuses on boosting the competitiveness of the space industry in France. From 2018 to 2022, she worked at the Aerospace Policy Department run by the French Ministry of Research. Initially in charge of industrial strategy, she went on to be appointed deputy then head of department. In 2021 she was also project manager for the space industry recovery plan (part of the France Relance scheme) on behalf of the Directorate General for Enterprise . She joined Telespazio in July 2022 as Head of Business Development, and in January 2023 she took over the leadership of the "Preparing the Future" Division, which brings together strategy, R&D, innovation and BusDev.
