Microlaunchers and new spaceports

The space access market is undergoing a profound transformation. Microlaunchers, new spaceports, NewSpace operators: new players are emerging, driven by innovative business models and global ambitions.

Building on more than 30 years of experience at the Guiana Space Centre, Telespazio France offers a comprehensive catalog of launch services tailored to the specific needs of these new players in space access. Our added value stems from a rare positioning: that of an actor who understands the technical, regulatory, and operational requirements of a launchpad just as well as the schedule and budget constraints of a launch operator.

Based on mobile and standardized infrastructures, compatible with different spaceports and shared among micro-launchers, this end-to-end offering enables new space access players to launch rapidly from any launchpad :

  • Telemetry and Telecommand (TM/TC): real-time flight data acquisition and processing

  • Tracking: high-precision trajectory tracking

  • Flight Safety: launcher neutralization system in the event of trajectory deviation

  • Environmental Monitoring: weather conditions, radio frequency spectrum, maritime exclusion zones, and airspace coordination

Space Situational Awareness

Orbits have never been so congested. With thousands of active satellites and a constantly growing debris population, space surveillance has become a critical security issue for operators, institutions, and the entire space economy.

Addressing this challenge requires not only high-performance sensors, but also the ability to aggregate, qualify, and exploit heterogeneous data from multiple sources radars, optical telescopes, space-based sensors to build a coherent and accurate picture of the orbital environment. This is the core of our SSA meta-operator offering.

We design and operate innovative platforms capable of fusing data streams from distributed sensor networks, ensuring their consistency and traceability, and delivering high-value services:

Operations as a Service

Orbits are becoming crowded, complex, and diversified. Constellations of small satellites, in-orbit servicing vehicles in low and geostationary orbits, exploration spacecraft bound for cislunar destinations and beyond: tomorrow’s orbital infrastructures are diversifying and require a rethinking of their operations to reach their markets and remain competitive.

Emergency Warning Satellite Service (EWSS)

When disaster strikes, every second counts. The effectiveness of a population warning system is not measured solely by how fast the signal is sent; it is measured by the certainty that it has been received, understood, and relayed down to the very last meter.

Our population warning service leverages the Galileo EWSS signal as the backbone of a multi-sensor architecture engineered for robustness and universal coverage. This satellite signal guarantees alert broadcasting even in the most degraded situations (network outages, isolated rural areas, etc.). To this space-based foundation, we integrate an ecosystem of ground warning devices deployed in partnership with local and national crisis management stakeholders:
