More than 850 exhibitors are at the 20th Vinitech global trade show for wine, fruit and vegetable professionals at the Parc des Expositions in Bordeaux. EarthLab Aquitaine’s teams are at this must-attend event to showcase advances in services for winegrowing, as well allowing visitors to discover what it’s like to pilot unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for a living.

The winegrowing sector is rising to new environmental challenges and now looking for services able to help professionals adopt eco-friendly practices. Using information collected by satellites, microlights and UAS combined with field data, EarthLab Aquitaine offers value-added tools to support precision viticulture. The Vinitech-Sifel trade show is the ideal opportunity for its teams to meet professionals and certification bodies, and, for the first time, jobseekers training to become UAS pilots, following the programme proposed by EarthLab Aquitaine in partnership with members of the Aerocampus Aquitaine cluster.
